“BEAUTY IN SIMPLICITY, I LOVE SUCH PROJECTS. 

WORKING ON THE DETAILS, I REALIZED THAT THE FEWER OF THEM, THE MORE BEAUTIFUL THE ARCHITECTURE CAN LOOK. MORE MAY NOT ALWAYS MEAN BETTER. A LOT OF DETAILS, AND EVEN MORE SO, SMALL ONES, DO NOT SUIT OUR TIME.

 

ARCHITECT OF MARVIT HOUSE PROJECT

“OUR MAIN REQUEST IS A FUNCTIONAL AND COZY HOME THAT WILL DELIGHT US EVERY DAY. THE DESIGN MUST REMAIN RELEVANT OVER THE YEARS.

PLANNING

THE TOTAL AREA OF THE HOUSE IS 310.42 SQUARE METERS.

 

THE LAYOUT IS NOT QUITE STANDARD, SO WE ARE SURE THAT MANY PEOPLE WILL LIKE IT.

THE AREA OF THE FIRST FLOOR IS 203 M2. THERE IS AN INTERESTING ENTRANCE AREA, LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, STUDY, BOILER ROOM AND TERRACE).

THE SECOND FLOOR IS PRIVATE. THERE IS A DRESSING ROOM, TWO BATHROOMS AND THREE BEDROOMS: ONE FOR ADULTS AND TWO FOR CHILDREN.

IN ADDITION, A GARAGE IS DESIGNED ON THE GROUND FLOOR, WHERE YOU CAN EASILY PARK TWO CARS.

VISUALIZATION

THIS HOUSE IS CHARACTERIZED BY ROUGH SHAPES. IT LOOKS QUITE BRUTAL, BUT THE WELL-CHOSEN MATERIALS EMPHASIZE ITS COZINESS AND SIMPLICITY.

THE DETAILS ARE EVERYWHERE. THEY ARE IN THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE NEIGHBORING HOUSES: TREES, BUSHES, GAZEBOS.

 

BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL IN YOUR HOME IS YOU.

THAT'S WHY THIS HOUSE IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE ONES EVERYONE IS USED TO SEEING.

 

THE ARCHITECT LOVES IT WHEN THE ROOF DOESN'T STAND OUT BUT FLOWS SMOOTHLY INTO THE FACADE. THAT IS WHY SHE USED A STANDING SEAM TO COVER THE HOUSE. 

 

ON THE ONE HAND, THE MANSION IS DECORATED WITH DECORATIVE BRICKS, AND THE GARAGE AREA IS HIGHLIGHTED WITH DECORATIVE CONCRETE PLASTER AND HAS A FLAT ROOF THAT SEPARATES IT FROM THE TOTAL MASS OF THE WHOLE HOUSE.

THE HOUSE HAS A SMALL ENTRANCE AREA ORGANIZED BY AN "ISLAND" THAT SEPARATES THE KITCHEN LIVING ROOM FROM OTHER AREAS.

 

THE "ISLAND" IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF A HOUSE IN A BLOCK AND CAN BE WALKED AROUND. IT CONTAINS A WARDROBE, A BATHROOM AND A STAIRCASE LEADING TO THE SECOND FLOOR.

 

ON THE GROUND FLOOR, THERE IS ALSO AN OFFICE AND A TECHNICAL ROOM WITH ACCESS TO THE GARAGE. MEANWHILE, THE KITCHEN HAS ACCESS TO THE TERRACE.

THE SECOND FLOOR IS MORE ZONED.

 

CLIMBING THE STAIRS, ON THE RIGHT - IS THE CHILDREN'S BLOCK, ORGANIZED WITH TWO BEDROOMS AND A BATHROOM. ON THE LEFT IS THE PARENTS' UNIT WITH A BEDROOM, WARDROBE AND BATHROOM.

 

ALSO, A SMALL WORKPLACE IS ORGANIZED IN THE STAIRCASE AREA. THERE ARE NO BALCONIES HERE BECAUSE IN A PRIVATE HOUSE, IT IS NOT QUITE JUSTIFIED. A TERRACE ON THE GROUND FLOOR IS ALWAYS MORE PRACTICAL.
