FUNCTIONALITY AND COMFORT IN A HOUSE FOR A FAMILY OF FIVE ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND QUITE REALISTIC!
WHEN DESIGNING THE ARCHITECTURE OF A COTTAGE FOR A LARGE FAMILY, FIRST OF ALL, YOU NEED TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE NEEDS OF EVERYONE. WHAT DECISIONS WE MADE TO EQUIP MORE THAN 500 SQUARE METERS, WE WILL SHARE FURTHER.
“WE HAVE A LARGE FAMILY, SO WE WANT THE HOUSE TO BE NOT ONLY STYLISH BUT ALSO, OBVIOUSLY, COMFORTABLE. EVERYONE MUST HAVE THEIR OWN SPACE WHERE THEY CAN DO THEIR OWN THING OR RELAX.
PLANNING
A HOUSE WITH MINIMALIST EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS AND A LARGE NUMBER OF ROOMS OF DIFFERENT TYPES IN THE SECOND LINE OF CONSTRUCTION FROM THE FOREST - #PD_101.
THE TOTAL AREA OF THE HOUSE IS MORE THAN 560 SQUARE METERS. A LARGE FAMILY CONSISTING OF FIVE PEOPLE - 2 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN - WILL LIVE HERE.
THE AREA OF THE LOWER FLOOR (BASEMENT) IS 183 M2, WHERE WE ORGANIZED A LAUNDRY ROOM, A HALL, A STORAGE ROOM FOR SKI EQUIPMENT, A GARAGE PIT ETC.
THE GROUND FLOOR OF 209 M2 INCLUDES A SPACIOUS KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM, TWO TERRACES, A GARAGE, A CLOAKROOM AND AN OFFICE.
THE SECOND FLOOR 172 M2, IS ORIENTED TO THE PRIVATE SPACE OF EACH FAMILY MEMBER. THERE IS A MASTER BEDROOM, 3 CHILDREN'S BEDROOMS WITH BALCONIES, 2 BATHROOMS AND A TERRACE.
VISUALIZATION
WE USUALLY START THE DESCRIPTION FROM THE FIRST FLOOR, BUT THE BASEMENT IS WORTHY OF ATTENTION. IT IS A FULL-FLEDGED BASEMENT CONTAINING MANY ROOMS.
THE TASK FROM THE CUSTOMERS WAS ORGANIZE IN THE BASEMENT: A LAUNDRY ROOM, A STORAGE ROOM FOR SKI EQUIPMENT, A FREEZER ROOM, A FUEL ROOM, A WOOD ROOM, A ROOM FOR AIR-RAID ISOLATION (BUNKER) AND A SEPARATE BATHROOM. BUT WE WENT FURTHER!
SEEING THE EVEN GREATER POTENTIAL OF THIS SPACE WE OFFERED A GYM AND A RECREATION ROOM. THIS IDEA WAS ACCEPTED WITH GREAT ENTHUSIASM!
THERE IS ALSO A GARAGE PIT FOR CAR MAINTENANCE AND A STORAGE ROOM FOR CAR PARKING, AND THE TWO-CAR GARAGE ITSELF IS LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR.
AS FOR THE GROUND FLOOR, EVERYTHING IS QUITE SIMPLE BUT SPACIOUS AT THE SAME TIME. WE FULFILLED ALL THE WISHES OF OUR CUSTOMERS: A HUGE LIVING ROOM, A GUEST ROOM, A WORK AREA AND ALL OTHER FUNCTIONAL AREAS THAT WILL ENSURE THE COMFORT OF THE HOME.
THE SECOND FLOOR IS A PLACE OF RELAXATION AND PERSONAL SPACE FOR EVERYONE. HERE WE HAVE A MASTER BEDROOM (FOR PARENTS), THREE BEDROOMS FOR CHILDREN, TWO BATHROOMS, AN OFFICE, A WARDROBE, A CORRIDOR, AND THE MOST INTERESTING THING IS THAT THERE ARE THREE TERRACES WITH ACCESS FROM EACH ROOM.
TWO BEDROOMS ALSO HAVE THEIR PRIVATE TERRACES, AND THE OTHER TWO HAVE ACCESS TO ONE LARGE SHARED TERRACE.
ONE OF OUR TASKS WAS TO ENSURE CONTACT WITH THE BEAUTIFUL SCENERY OF THE FOREST. WE DESIGNED THE HOUSE SO ITS MAIN FACADE WAS TURNED TOWARDS THE FOREST, AND ALL ROOMS HAD ACCESS TO ITS VIEW.
THE BACKYARD IS PLANNED TO BE FENCED AROUND THE PERIMETER WITH GREENERY AND A SWIMMING POOL WITH SUN LOUNGERS. THE IDEA WAS TO CREATE A COZY RELAXATION AREA.
THE CLIENTS WANTED A GAZEBO IN THE YARD, SO WE ATTACHED IT TO THE HOUSE.
IT WAS A SOLUTION AND WE DID NOT MAKE A FREE-STANDING STRUCTURE. THIS OPTIMIZES POTENTIAL COSTS AND CONTRIBUTES TO THE OVERALL ARCHITECTURAL IMAGE.
THIS WORK WITH CUSTOMERS WAS INTENSE. WE LISTENED TO THEIR WISHES, OPTIMIZED THEM WITH OUR IDEAS, AND OFFERED SOLUTIONS FROM OUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD MAKE THE HOUSE EVEN MORE COMFORTABLE TO LIVE IN.
AND AS A RESULT, WE RECEIVED A HOUSE PROJECT WITH A VERY POWERFUL EQUIPMENT.
“SUCH PROJECTS ARE EVEN MORE INSPIRING WHEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING A REAL FAMILY HOME. WE HAVE PROPERLY DISTRIBUTED THE SPACE FOR THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE HOUSE AND ENSURED MAXIMUM CONTACT WITH NATURE. ALL ROOMS AND TERRACES ARE LOCATED IN SUCH A WAY THAT YOU CAN SEE THE MAXIMUM VIEW OF THE FOREST NEARBY.
A LARGE AREA OF THE HOUSE AND SUCH VIEWS - IT SOUNDS LIKE A DREAM COME TRUE!
